How This Process Works

  1. You MUST reside in Grays Harbor or Pacific Counties.
    a. Not sure whether you live in Grays Harbor or Pacific Counties?
    b. Outside Grays Harbor or Pacific Counties and need energy assistance? Try
    c. You MUST schedule an appointment for the location determined appropriate.
  2. You cannot have received energy assistance since October 1, 2021.
  3. You must be income eligible

  4. PLEASE NOTE: If you schedule in the Spanish only speaking section of the scheduler, and you speak English as your first language. Your appointment will be deleted. We must keep this open for the Spanish only speaking population of our community. When you complete the questionnaire, and you are promoted to select the office in which you would like your appointment to occur. If there are no other options besides, “Para Personas De Habla Hispana Que No Tienen Un Intã‰Rprete Disponible” the website is NOT broken, it means the regular appointments are full.

Getting An Appointment

  1. If you live in Grays Harbor, Raymond or South Bend and schedule an appointment with Coastal Community Action Program - VIA PHONE you will receive a phone call at the time of your appointment via the number you provided. This process will take longer than the IN OFFICE appointments. You will also need to have the ability to email, text or photocopy necessary documents for submission.
  2. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis (for heating and water assistance ONLY on this web site). If you need help with anything other than heating, you must call the CCAP office closest to your home.
  3. You will need to fill in: total number of people in the household, your name, address, phone number and All income from the previous 1 month prior to the month of your appointment. You will want to have all required information available before beginning the application process.
  4. When you complete the application and it is determined that you MAY qualify you will be prompted to select an appointment location and a time period from the online calendar.
  5. If you want to make an appointment for someone other than yourself you MUST have all of their necessary information available before beginning the application process.
