1.Read this whole page.
2.Click the green "Register for Appointment" button below and fill in your household details.
3.Select where you will be seen in the "Choose an Office" dropdown menu, followed by clicking the field below "Appointment Date" to choose an available calendar day and appointment time.
4.Click the green "Submit" button and then be certain to WRITE DOWN your appointment date, time, and address from the confirmation page.

If you are unable to make an appointment online, be aware that PHONE APPOINTMENTS MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL US AT THE OFFICE NUMBER LISTED BELOW.

How This Process Works

  1. We are currently scheduling for LEWIS, MASON, & THURSTON COUNTIES. You MUST schedule your appointment in the county in which you live.

  2. You must be income eligible: Click HERE for Household Size and Income chart.
  3. We are booking 3-month seasons. Once your county schedule opens, if appointments serving your ZIP have booked out, we will reopen for more appointments in January 2024.

Getting An Appointment

  1. Appointments are on a first come, first served basis. Please call the CAC office in your county for additional information on other assistance programs.
  2. You will need the following information to secure your appointment: total number of people in your home, your name, address, phone number, and ALL income from all members of your household for the three months prior to your appointment (for ex: if your appointment is in December, you need Sept., Oct., and Nov.'s income).
  3. You must see a POP-UP confirmation screen to be sure you have successfully scheduled an appointment. Please continue through the scheduling process until you are congratulated with the date and time of your appointment and instruction of what documentation to bring.

Questions or Problems

  1. Not sure what location / office to choose?
    Choose the available office which corresponds to the county in which you live. If no office is available for the county you live in, then appointments are no longer available for that county. With regard to Outreaches, if -- for example -- you live in Morton, and among the available counties you see Lewis County and Morton, be aware that choosing the former means you will be seen at our Centralia office, and choosing the latter means we will see you during our outreach in Morton. Be certain to acknowledge the appointment address on your Confirmation Page.
